The effect ofFormtexis based on the unique combination of disinfecting boric acid and wound secretion absorbing tranganth in a special dressing with

• a skin-side layer of low adhesion that does not damage the wound when removed and does not irritate sensitive skin
• improved wadding layer, significantly more durable when wet
• padded protective layer that protects against further injury
• a plastic film on the back that prevents contamination from the outside and locks in moisture

For maximum effect, Vetrol Medical Formtex should be soaked in water and applied wet.
