Haygain HG 2000 hay steamer

The Haygain high-temperature hay steamers support the horse's respiratory system, digestion and general health. It is the only scientifically proven method to significantly reduce the amount of respirable irritants and allergens that are usually found in feed.

Haygain's patented steam technology increases the moisture content in hay, promoting digestion and hydration. Steaming hay with Haygain hay steamers preserves the nutrients in the hay. The proven appetite stimulation of steamed hay helps even picky eaters get what they need from their most important food source.

The HG 2000 includes two patented distribution systems. Haygain's patented distribution system distributes high temperature steam evenly through the feed in a double-walled, thermally sealed hay bin. Steaming achieves and maintains temperatures of over 80°C, which is necessary to kill mold spores and bacteria.

This full bale model is ideal for feeding several horses.
