Animalintex- Wet as a compress or dry as a wound dressing. Animalintex is used worldwide as a wound dressing and traction plaster. Its application options as a moist warm, moist cold and dry dressing make it unique, thanks to the following components:

-boric acidas a mild antiseptic
-tragacanthas a hydroscopic component
-Cottonabsorbs, protects and warms
- Onecushioning layerof cotton wool prevents additional injuries
- Thefilmon the back protects against contamination from outside, locks in moisture and heat

As a warm, moist compress:Bruises, contusions, infected wounds, mud fever, laminitis, burns, abscesses, hoof abscesses, nail impacts, splinters, thrush
As a wet cold compress: sprains, strains, shins, spondylolisthesis, bedsores, gangrenous bones, laminitis
As a dry wound dressing: Open, clean wounds
As a pressure bandage: Mild sprains, after training, galls, sacral gall

• Clean the affected area thoroughly.
• Cut Animalintex to size and keep the rest.
• Place Animalintex in a bucket or container (which should be clean) with the plastic side facing up.
• Then use boiled (not boiling) water (around 38 °C) and pour the container until the dressing floats;not to go into hiding.
• Once the bandage is well moistened, you can carefully cut it.
• Place the bandage on the skin with the plastic side facing up and shape it to the body structure.
• Cover the compress completely with a bandage.
